Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CalmEd account directly from the CalmEd application. Account deletion is available at any time and does not require contacting support.

How to delete your account

To delete your CalmEd account:

  1. Open the CalmEd application.

  2. Open the Profile tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.

  4. Tap Delete Account.

  5. Confirm that you want to delete your account by typing DELETE in the confirmation field.

  6. Tap Delete to permanently delete your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

Account deletion takes effect immediately once you confirm the deletion. Your account will no longer be accessible, and your personal account data and application data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or maintain records that we are legally required to retain. Such information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

What happens to purchases?

Deleting your account does not permanently forfeit a one-time purchase that you previously made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

If you purchased CalmEd through Google Play or the Apple App Store, we retain the minimum transaction information necessary to verify your previous purchase. If you later create a new CalmEd account using the same email address, we may be able to recognize and restore your previous purchase and the associated entitlement to paid CalmEd content.

This means that deleting your account does not require you to purchase CalmEd again if you previously purchased access through Google Play or the Apple App Store and subsequently register again using the same email address.
